Anti-Spam Policy

Spam - an unsolicited advertisement mailing and/or messaging.

User — an individual who has reached the age of 18, accepted the User Agreement and has been using the services offered on the m1-shop.ru website; who is capable of acquiring civil-law rights and obligations as well as tackling them and being responsible in the event of non-compliance.

Visitor — an individual who has reached the age of 18; who is capable of acquiring civil-law rights and obligations as well as tackling them and being responsible in the event of non-compliance; who has visited the website for educational purposes but hasn’t accepted the public offer.

Advertiser — an individual who wishes to place offers in the Affiliate Network for the disposition of specific goods and/or services.

Webmaster — an individual who attracts clients that may be interested in acquiring specific offers with the methods permitted by the Advertiser.

Client — an individual who has been attracted to acquiring/dispositioning Advertiser’s offers that refer to specific goods and/or services through the activities of the Affiliate Network.

Parties — Administration, Webmasters, Clients, Users, Visitors, and Advertisers.

M1 Affiliate Network (shortened – Affiliate Network) – an informational online platform that is created and operates with the aim of placing Advertisers’ binding offers, forming or/and maintaining interest among the population by Webmasters, as well as implementing the objects of these offers to a final consumer – Client.

Website – an internet resource with the https://m1-shop.ru domain that is created with the aim of maintaining functionality of M1 Affiliate Network and managed by the Administration.

Offer — an individual offer to acquire goods or services through a given website.

With regard to the Anti-Spam Policy, the M1 Affiliate Network adheres to the requirements of international legislation regulating the area of information circulation and European standards.

The Administration condemns spam as a phenomenon and prohibits sending spam through the Affiliate Network or in other ways. Access of Users of the Affiliate Network, regardless of their status (Advertiser, Webmaster, Client, Visitor), who were caught using spam mailings to promote goods and/or services in the Affiliate Network, will be bф. When making such decisions, the Administration is guided by the principle of equality of users of the Affiliate Network.

When starting to work in the Affiliate network, Users guarantee that they will use the system only to send messages to those users and potential customers who have confirmed their consent to receive electronic messages. Spam is not allowed through our system. Users are prohibited from including false, misleading or falsified information in the headings and subjects of messages or their content.

The use of purchased and/or gathered email addresses is prohibited. The Administration guarantees that it does not acquire or sell mailing lists for the purpose of obtaining benefits, and operates in the service market, adhering to the principles of reliability.

The Administration guarantees that only registered Users can distribute messages using the Affiliate Network.

Users of the Affiliate Network, when starting to use the services of the Affiliate Network, guarantee that they will not use rented or purchased mailing lists, as well as lists obtained in any other way. Sending advertising information by users of the Affiliate Network to potential customers is carried out only with their written consent to receive such information.

Electronic notifications of the Affiliate Network

Affiliate Network sends informational electronic messages (including service information) only to registered Users. Users of the Affiliate Network, having started using the services of the network, provide their consent to receive electronic notifications from the Affiliate Network to e-mail addresses specified by them during the registration process.

Spam complaints and how they are handled

In the event that you have been the victim of a spam mailing with information of any nature regarding our Affiliate Network, please inform us at mediar.agency@gmail.com, indicating the email address from which the unsolicited e-mail notification came and forwarding the spam email itself. The Administration is obliged to consider complaints and provide an appropriate response.

The Administration has the right to request additional information from the applicant, and if such information is not provided, it may not consider the complaint on the merits. In case if the spam mailing was initiated by a registered user of the Affiliate Network, the Administration:

1. warns the violator (1st time);
2. limits the number of options for the intruder (2nd time);
3. blocks the access of such User to the account (in case of receiving the 3rd complaint).

Appeal to regulatory organizations

If you receive complaints about unwanted mailings to internet users about our company, please do not take measures to block the network domain and contact the Administration. We value our reputation, we are ready for a dialogue and ready to take decisive measures in order to eliminate offenses and restore the rights of internet users.
