The present Rules describe basic requirements for working with the M1 Affiliate Network. Through registering in the System, the Affiliate agrees unreservedly to comply with all of the following Rules.
1. General provisions
1.1. Among those who interact with the Affiliate Network there are advertisers, webmasters also referred to as the Administration of the M1 Affiliate Network.
1.2. The M1 Affiliate Network enables webmasters to work with offers provided by advertisers and get paid for target-based actions made by the attracted users on their sources.
1.3. To interact with the Affiliate Network as a webmaster, it is required to complete registration.
1.4. Together with User Agreement, the present Rules are the key instrument for webmasters’ interaction with the Affiliate Network.
2. Registration and deactivating accounts of Affiliates
2.1. The Administration of the Affiliate Network may refuse to register webmasters without submitting any reasons.
2.2. Webmasters are prohibited from registering multiple accounts without agreement with the Administration. In case of identifying two or more accounts that were created by, belong to or serve as a means of work/income generation for one person, the Administration has the right to ban all such accounts with the subsequent transfer of funds from webmasters’ to advertisers’ balances.
2.2.1. If there is a need for using more than one account, webmasters should contact the M1 Affiliate Network support team.
2.3. The Administration of the Affiliate Network may deactivate webmaster’s account at any time without submitting any reasons and, in so doing:
- in case of deactivating a webmaster’s account upon the initiative of the Administration that was not caused by the breach of the present Rules, all webmaster’s cash earnings are paid in full;
- in case of deactivating a webmaster's account upon the initiative of the Administration that was caused by the breach of the present Rules, all webmaster’s cash earnings that are stored on webmaster’s operating, personal, and holding accounts come back to advertisers in full.
2.4. While working with the Affiliate network, webmasters are prohibited from:
- sending spam;
- addressing sources that violate the legal regulations;
- rewarding or requesting website users (in public or in private) to make target-based actions which are paid by advertisers;
- make any actions on the advertisers’ platforms themselves. If there is a need for a conversion audit, webmasters may leave test requests. Example: FULL NAME Test. Phone number 79999999999.
- making orders themselves or involving friends, relatives, and acquaintances;
- deceiving users in any form;
- initiating website visitors’ automatic actions with the involvement of scripts, bots, and any other instruments;
- cookie stuffing;
- cheating the system by any means;
- insulting the Administration.
2.4.1. Webmasters who violated at least one of the aspects in paragraph 2.4 will be banned and all their cash earnings will come back to advertisers.
2.5. All correspondence between webmasters and the Affiliate Network is strictly confidential. Any disclosure of such correspondence is a flagrant violation of privacy and may result in deactivating an account. It is prohibited to make transcripts of conversations between operators and customers public - in case of violating this rule, the Affiliate Network reserves the right to disable the feature of listening recordings or even ban the webmaster involved.
2.6. Webmasters with less than 50% of the ransom payment may be banned without a payment.
2.7. Webmasters who try to re-register after they were banned will be banned without any warning and payment.
3. Traffic requirements
3.1. M1 has the right in its sole discretion to consider Traffic from any Sources as Low-quality traffic and Actions made to attract such traffic as Low-quality actions.
3.2. It is prohibited to use the following Traffic sources:
- ones that violate the legal regulations;
- short task sites (systems of active advertising, incentivized traffic);
- spam sent via email, SMS, and other dissemination channels;
- spam spread via social networks;
- Clickunder and Popunder traffic;
- advertisements websites like Avito, Youla.ru, etc.;
- cashback - it is prohibited to offer clients discounts remunerated from the webmaster's reward.
3.3. Webmasters may use shareware traffic sources, such as emailing, messaging via messengers, liking and friending in social networks, as well as doorway traffic BUT WITH THE USE OF THEIR OWN DOMAINS.
3.4. Advertisers may refuse to send orders to individuals under the age of 18 and cancel such orders. The order data is provided to webmasters upon their requests through the support ticketing system.
3.5. It is prohibited to use promo materials that are not in conformity with those being used on advertiser’s landing pages.
3.6. It is prohibited to transmit orders to multiple affiliate networks simultaneously. If this rule is violated, the webmaster will be banned while his funds will be written off from the balance and come back to advertisers.
3.7. It is prohibited to alter the product positioning, characteristics, and properties in the promo materials (for example, presenting a hair growth spray as a beard growth spray). It is prohibited to assign non-existent characteristics (for example, the availability of additional watch dial). In case of abuse committed by a webmaster, payments for orders will be cancelled.
3.8. We do not accept orders generated with the involvement of home phone numbers as in this case it is hard to keep in touch with a client and there is no way to send him the personal tracking number of delivery. This is how the ransom can be hard hit, so we accept orders generated with the involvement of mobile phone numbers.
4. Payments to Affiliates, payment limits, and payment delays
4.1. Payments are transferred to the webmaster’s account (specified in the profile) at the end of the 7-day holding period from the moment of making a request for withdrawal.
4.2. The Affiliate Network does not support withdrawals from webmasters’ accounts with the current balance of less than 1000 RUB. Thus, 1000 RUB is a minimum balance required to request a withdrawal. It is impossible to withdraw an amount which is lower than a minimum balance.
4.3. Advance payments can be made only once all necessary quality assurance checks on traffic are completed.
4.4. The Affiliate Network may delay payments in case of conducting an additional analysis of ransom statistics and has the right to request data on traffic sources.
4.5. Advance payments can be made only to trusted webmasters. The M1 Administration reserves the right to deny advance payments to any webmaster.
4.6. Different orders made by one person and duplicates (orders of the same product received from one person) within a certain period of time are not paid. The Administration of the Affiliate Network may provide the data on such orders upon the webmaster’s request so it can be further transferred to another system.
4.7. Novice webmasters without a payment history may be subject to quality assurance checks on traffic prior to the first payment. These checks usually take from 7 to 21 days.
