What is M1?M1 is an affiliate network that operates on a cost-per-action model. Confirmed client’s order is regarded as the action. For instance, you’ve made a post about selling goods through social media. If a client makes an order or confirms his choice via a phone call, you’ll receive a payout for this client in your personal account.

How much will I earn for a successful conversion?The amount of payouts depends on the chosen offer and is specified in its card placed in your personal account.

Is there a lower threshold for a payout?The minimum payout is $50.

What payment systems are available?The list of available payment systems and the amount of commission/minimum withdrawals are represented below:
Cards: 3.5% commision, minimum withdrawal - $100
Qiwi: 4% commission, minimum withdrawal - $50
ZaleyCash/Eprofit: 0% commission, minimum withdrawal - $50+ 5% bonus additional to the sum you want to withdraw.
WMZ: 0% commission, minimum withdrawal - $50
Capitalist: 0% commission, minimum withdrawal - $50

What traffic sources are unacceptable?- Those violating the legislation.
- Services for tasks placement (systems of active advertising, motivated traffic).
- Spam distribution via emailing, SMS, or other dissemination channels.
- Spam in social media.
- Clickunder and Popunder traffic.
- Traffic from bulletin boards.
- Cashback – it is prohibited to offer clients discounts remunerated from the webmaster's reward.

Statistics show rejected leads, how come?ПThere are various reasons for your leads to be rejected, here are the most common:
- Invalid information/data;
- Client is not responding, the limit of calls is exceeded;
- Inappropriate GEO;
- Order/application is duplicated;
- Client’s refusal from an order/application.
The reason for rejection is displayed in the “Orders” tab. If not, please contact our support. -
How often are statistics updated?Statistics are updated in real time.

The order is processed for too long. What does it mean?If your order is being processed, it means that we try to call a client, but he/she doesn’t respond, hangs up or asks to call later. If a client doesn’t pick up his phone, the order gets rejected.

What GEOs do you work with?It depends on the chosen offer. All the information is specified in its card.

What is considered to be “trash”?- Orders with incorrect information;
- Orders with incorrect GEO (GEO that is restricted by the offer terms);
- Orders where provided phone numbers are non-working;
- Orders that are cancelled with a “didn’t order” wording;
- Orders connected to landline numbers (we accept orders that are connected to cell phone numbers. Maintaining connection with a client through landline number is challenging and leads to poor ransom). -
Do I have access to recordings of calls?Yes, you do. Through the “Orders” tab you can access recordings of calls with all rejected leads processed via our call centre. Recordings of calls on confirmed/returned orders, as well as on exchanged goods are unavailable.

What are the working hours of your call centre?Our call centre works 24/7.
Working hours of advertisers’ call centres are specified in the offer card. -
What is CR/EPC?CR (Conversion Ratio) is when performed actions are calculated as a percentage of total clicks.
For instance: if CR equals 1 to 34, it means that every 34th unique visitor performed an action.
EPC - (Earnings Per Click) – is an average income for 1 click. This indicator is displayed in RUB and is formed by dividing all your earnings by the number of users attracted to purchase a particular offer.
For instance: payout for 1 confirmed order on the offer X equals $10. 50 unique users followed your link and only 1 of them made the order that was later approved. It means that the statistics will show 50 unique users, 2% CR, and EPC will amount to $0.2. -
Is there an option to send you orders from my own landing pages and websites?Yes, you can send orders to our system through the Iframe form or API.

Do you have a referral programme?Yes, we do. We want our webmasters to feel comfortable and work profitably, that’s why we offer the following terms:
- 5% of attracted webmaster’s income goes to you within the first month from the moment of his/her registration;
- 3% – within all the next months;
*Attracted webmaster is considered to be a user that has registered through your referral link.
